Times and dates

Before and after posts, we should put the time (in the RP, not in real life) and/or date. The admin can decide on the year and month, but from then on it will progress normally with real time months (like if it's April and in the RP it's June, then once it is May in Real Time, it will be July in the RP.) Simple right?

I'm not sure about that; it would require too much precision and it would be easy (at least in my point of view) to get lost and write anything..

Do you have experience in RPGs that had that feature?

Yes, you just have to make sure you keep track of the time and be realistic about the time of your actions. You don't have to put the exact time, you can use whatever time you want. If someone wants his character to hang out at night, but it is daylight in his area, that is perfectly alright, but people should synchronize with his time if they want to interact with his character.
