I just posted ! This game is gonna be awesome ! 
As you can see, I'm making some stuff up as I go. Like some mafia gang names, Samael. You can use it as well. As I said in my post, they "rule" over district P.

haha, it must be the boredom that results from not wanting to study before finals (and having a few days to kill before really needing to study), but it'd be awesome if we could get this RP going...
