Why is this on TV?

I hardly ever watched TV before, but now, this commercial is on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WF94xKmuGxQ
and I don't feel like getting a head ache every time I turn the television on. Like my brother said in a review:
This song is annoying. How is this music in any way? It's repetitive and obnoxious. The singer sounds like a crying 13 year old and if you listen to the lyrics (again, coming from a crying 13 year old), the loud obnoxious beat gives you a migraine. I mute my television whenever this commercial comes on.
