[PV] She was raised on whiskey and second hand smoke

Arrow It only happened ONCE, but it DID happen

Passers-by seemed to envy this swaggering well-dressed bad ass walking the streets like it's his living room...drinking beer in an actual glass...aside from a can or Styrofoam cup. To Scott Draven...the lower city streets was paradise. To him...it was reality. The only code of life that Scott was familiar with. Simply put...Scott loved violence. It stimulated him. not sexually, but to him it was fun. It was an eye-opener...it was a hell of a lot better then being some phony-bologna on Wall Street. As Scott downed the last remaining drops of beer he ditched the glass in an overflowing dumpster. As he was doing that he noticed a commotion about 300 feet into the darkened alley. It was hard to decipher but Scott was pretty sure it was some chick opening up a 2 liter bottle of whoop-ass. The victims? Who cares. Just some scum who probably DESERVE a beating.
"Hello..." Scott said to himself as he watched the spectacle. About a minute later another scuzzy man joined him and watched. "Sorry chief. Can't spare a dime" Scott said. The man then got all bent out of shape and spit at Scott's feet then continued along his way. This irked Scott but only for a sec. "Asshole" he said to himself. "Good thing I'm turned on right now...otherwise you'd spend half an hour picking up your teeth."
Scott watched...

Elizabeth was very angry, not because that motherfucker sold her off but because of him a friend of hers was killed. Because of Lukas Rufus Jr, or whatever his real name was, Tatiana M. got killed in the ruthless of ways. As she was about to enter the dark place, she saw him trying to hide from her, but she was fast enough to catch up with him and shove him on the wall so hard one of his ribs probably cracked under the weight of his own body thrown at an undisputable speed. Then one of his buddies came along, armed with a sawed-off shotgun that she rapidly and efficiently discarded by snatching the weapon out of his reach and breaking it apart, throwing the parts that were now as useless as a rusty spoon behind her.
“You’re gonna talk, motherfucker!” She gritted between her teeth as both guys were looking at each other in pure white terror.
She grinned as the thoughts of what she wanted to do to them flashed briefly in front of her glaring eyes.
***

They talked. Oh yeah, they talked. She even got more than she wanted as she killed Lukas’ friend right in front of his disbelieving eyes. She had enough of betrayals and turncoats so she showed him what happened to them. She couldn’t kill him, no, because there will be nobody left to tell the others that you don’t FUCK with Elizabeth Daleka, or whatever her real name was.
As she slammed his head once into the brick wall, Eliza heard a ruffling noise behind her: somebody was heading toward them, in the back alley. But the sound stopped a few feet as if whoever that person was, was watching. She paid no more attention as the grunt in front of her somehow managed to get a blade out of one of his boots, waving it in front of her. Rather unsteadily now he was standing and so was the blade as she smiled an arrogant yet amused smile.
“You really are stupid, are you.” She said as she took the sharp edge from him and shoved it in his shoulder. “Here you go.”
He yelped in pain, having no more strength to fight her properly but tried nonetheless, and she kicked his right knee, popping the cap out. He slumped on the ground, unconscious.
“Aw fuck man; I wasn’t even done with you! You’re so weak…” She said as she crouched above him and frisked him for his money. She pocketed the bills and gave another kick to the unconscious body. Barely looking at the other corpse beside him, she spun around quickly and glared at the well-dress stranger standing about three-hundred feet away.
She could smell the reek of alcohol from here, scrunching her nose faintly in disgust. She walked toward him. “Show’s done, go home.” She let out as she walked past him.
She didn’t bother to look behind her; no matter what that guy tried he would never be a match for her. Nobody is. Nobody human anyway. She stopped at the corner of the alley, under a streetlight to light a cigarette up. Leaning on the brick wall, she closed her eyes as she inhaled the smoke and kept it in for a few seconds. She heard the guy move, heading toward her. “What now?” she sighed, smoke coming out of her mouth.

Scott hated feeling like this. His life HAD no direction. It HAD no cause. It was HIM in HIS world. Bar none NO exceptions. The world was his oyster...but there are no pearls inside THIS shell. Never-the-less he could feel the dizzying draw to her dimensions. His sense of surrender built up with each step, gnawing away at his conscience. He lived and worked alone...another dame in the picture would just be considered interferance....wouldn't it? Butterflies ate away at the lining of his gut. "Fuck" he thought. "I've slaughter men like goats in a Muslim style execution...yet I walk in fear during an approach to a girl I've known for maybe 30 seconds of my life?" As he eyeballed her he thought for a sec that he saw the words "what now?" fall from her incredible lips. This made his approach cease up for a second. He hesitated there on the streets...the choir of modern, gritty life coming back to him like a waking dream. Then his own version of reality caught up to him. "Fuck it" he thought then in a care free fashion crossed the street to the adjacent side of the avenue. He walked defeated into a coffee shop and parked his ass at the counter. He grabbed his head with his hands and guided it down with a thud to the countertop. "Let it go man...this is NOT like you!" he thought to himself. As he bucked up, the corner of his eye witnessed an elderly asian man sitting at a table by himself. He guided his head over for a better look. As soon as he turned his head the man sitting there met his eyes at the precise time he turned his head. Scott was in no mood for ANYTHING so he turned around fast and bottled up his emotions to his only self. He ordered a small meal. Time was eaten away. He forgot about the old guy behind him. The next voice he heard was coming from the man behind the counter. "Old Fella paid for your meal...all you gotta cough up is the tip" Then he left Scott to ponder that. A few sconds later he returned and said "He left these for you...he said 'this outta help' or something...I dunno, I could barely understand the guy" The counter guy then left a dozen flowers...all of different color and species from what Scott's used to. Scott threw the flowers aside in an impatient fashion. "Crazy old bastard" he said to himself. Then he heard a harsh rapping on the window outside. Of course, it was the old fella. Saying nothing, the man motioned with his thumb to the young lady who was still in the same spot as she was earlier...as if time stood still. Scott then grabbed the flowers and bolted from his seat. Within seconds he was right beside her. He then handed her the flowers and said. "I think we should have a drink"

"I think we should have a drink"

The words echoed through the empty streets, warming up the cold atmosphere. But Daleka wasn’t one to get seduced easily. Especially since the person holding the flowers to her was a GUY.

“You guys think that it’s so easy to get a girl, do you?”

She smiled, threw her cigarette’s butt away from a flick of her finger, and started walking away.

Not interested.”

not interested"

"Oh. Well excuse me for giving a shit..." Scott said with an acidic distaste. And with that he tossed the flowers aside (which crumpled up into dust immediatly) and yelled "Next!!" He stopped his outburst to watch her walk away. Her uncaring attitude made him more upset. "Yeah get a move on! get out!! A place like the broken streets is NO playground or REST AREA...for such a YOUNG LADY!!! Try the kitchen!!...fuckin dyke..." he then spat on the ground for emphasis. While doing that, though, he noticed the young ladies identification laying on the ground. Like a sign. He looked up to where God would be (but probably isn't) with a confused glance. Then he shrugged and said "Guess some guys get all the luck"

and with that he chased after her.

Daleka heard every word that the man said, but didn't do nothing. That often happened from males that she turned down, none so gently. It was when she realized that she'd lost her wallet. "FUCK!"
